Metheny-Mehldau ‘All the thing you are’
Something different from the usual post today…just wanted to share this amazing clip from a live performace by Pat Metheny and Brad Mehldau. The essence of jazz (at least for me) in listening and creating ‘interplay’. This is the perfect example, listen to the ‘question and answer’ between the two player and the moment where they almost a classical fugue. Phenomenal.
